Guidance on how to submit bug fixes and improvements. I have added instructions on how to submit non-urgent bug fixes and small improvement requests with the quarterly data updates to the "Tools and Instructions" section on the Help Desk.
My goals for developing a process are to:
- Provide value to you on a regular basis in the form of bug fixes and feature improvements
- Make sure we deliver the highest priority requests first
- Establish a predictable schedule that you can use to plan for requests and changes
This process does not apply to urgent issues. If an item is urgent, please submit a Help Desk ticket. And when in doubt, submit a Help Desk ticket.
Trying the Community forum in Help Desk. We talked about using the Community Forum to ask questions, share practices, and propose topics for future community meetings. You can access "Start a new topic" from the Help Desk homepage.
